Coframe, Fibr AI and Kaen all use AI to raise website conversion, but each starts the work in a different place. Coframe generates and tests variants of your pages: copy, code and visuals. Fibr AI turns your URLs into personalized pages that adapt to ads, audiences and journeys. Kaen starts from your analytics funnel, finds the step where visitors drop off, and builds and tests the fix. Which one fits depends on whether your bottleneck is producing variants, personalizing for campaigns, or knowing what to fix in the first place.

A disclosure before anything else: we build Kaen. We’ve tried to be fair, and the “choose X if” sections below include cases where Kaen is the wrong pick. Descriptions of Coframe and Fibr AI come only from their own websites, as described on their websites in October 2026. Facts about Kaen come from our pricing page and our product description. If something has changed since, the vendor’s website wins.

For the wider market, including testing platforms with AI layers, analytics copilots and one-off audits, see our overview of AI CRO tools compared. This article zooms in on three tools that people often put side by side.

What does Coframe do?

As described on its website (October 2026), Coframe is an AI platform that creates, tests and optimizes variations of your website. Its process has three steps: Coframe analyzes your site, you approve the variants, and Coframe tests, personalizes and scales them.

Coframe generates three kinds of changes:

  • Code: UI, layout and interactive elements, delivered as deployable components and experiments.
  • Copy: headlines, calls to action and full-page content.
  • Visuals: on-brand images matched to the content, variant and segment.

The website says Coframe replaces manual ideation, design, build, QA and deployment with a review-and-approve workflow, with a single click to approve variations. It states that nothing goes live without your approval, mentions automatic fallbacks, and lists SOC 2 Type II certification. It can work with your existing tools or run standalone, generating, analyzing and testing variants in one place. The audience it names is marketing and growth teams. We did not find public pricing on the website.

What does Fibr AI do?

As described on its website (October 2026), Fibr AI turns your website’s URLs into adaptive agents: each page is meant to sense visitor intent and adjust its experience in real time, without engineering changes.

The website describes several kinds of personalization:

  • Ads: pages aligned with ad campaigns and keywords.
  • AI assistant referrals: content matched to visitors arriving from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity.
  • Journey: personalization across several pages of a funnel, not just the landing page.
  • Audience: experiences by segment, using CRM, CDP, location, device and other signals.
  • Localization: pages tailored by language, region and market.

On testing, Fibr AI says its agents generate hypotheses (including from analytics data), create variants and run A/B and multivariate tests, allocating traffic dynamically toward winning combinations. Marketers review, edit and approve AI-generated variants before they publish, within brand guardrails. Listed integrations include GA4, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel and Amplitude for analytics, Salesforce and HubSpot for audiences, and CMSs such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Webflow, Contentful and Magento. It names SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and targets enterprise teams in industries such as banking, healthcare, telecom and software. Its pricing page lists plans billed annually, starting at $239 per month for one website.

What does Kaen do?

Kaen is an AI CRO agent with people behind the setup. He connects read-only to GA4 or PostHog (or Mixpanel or BigQuery), builds your funnel from your events and watches it every day. When a step leaks, he investigates why, using Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar recordings and heatmaps where you have them, writes a hypothesis, designs the variations and sets the metric and test length. You approve with one click in your team chat: Slack, Microsoft Teams or Basecamp. Kaen then runs the A/B test, calls it and scales the winner. A running test can be stopped at any time.

Where a change sits in the backend, Kaen hands your developer or agency a ready-to-build spec instead of touching it. If tracking is missing or broken, people from Kaen set up GTM, GA4 and events at the start. Data is hosted in the EU. Kaen works in Czech and English.

Pricing is one monthly fee based on page views, agreed on the demo call, with unlimited tests, no per-seat pricing and no minimum term. An option with a Kaen specialist in your channel, monthly prioritization and team training costs extra. The initial setup is agreed on the demo call. The pattern behind this is explained in what an AI CRO agent is.

The table compresses a lot. The most useful row is the first one: the starting point decides which questions a tool answers by itself and which ones it leaves to you.

Which questions does each tool leave to you?

Every tool in this category automates part of the loop of measure, find the leak, form a hypothesis, build, test and learn. The parts it doesn’t automate stay with your team.

With a variant generator like Coframe, the strong part is production: building and shipping variants stops being the bottleneck. The question it answers less directly is which page or step deserves the work, so it helps to know your funnel already. Funnel analysis in GA4 is a good way to find out before you point any tool at a page.

With a personalization platform like Fibr AI, the strong part is matching pages to where visitors come from. The question it leaves to you is whether the leak is on the landing page at all. If most visitors drop off three steps later, in a checkout form, a better-matched landing page sends more people into the same hole.

With a funnel-first agent like Kaen, the strong part is noticing where you lose people and turning that into a test. The question it leaves to you is a strategic one: Kaen won’t run your ad personalization or redesign your pricing. And because every test needs traffic to conclude, a step with a few dozen visits a week will not get a reliable answer from any tool, Kaen included. Why that matters is covered in why your A/B test lies.

When should you choose Coframe?

Choose Coframe if:

  • you already know which pages matter and the bottleneck is designing, coding and shipping variants;
  • you want copy, layout and visual changes generated together, with one-click approval;
  • you have the traffic to run many experiments in parallel;
  • your team is a marketing or growth team that wants to test more without adding engineering work.

When should you choose Fibr AI?

Choose Fibr AI if:

  • you run paid campaigns across many ads, keywords or audiences and want landing pages that match each one;
  • personalization by segment, region or language is a core goal, not a side project;
  • you are an enterprise team that needs governance, certifications and integrations with an enterprise CMS or CRM;
  • you want personalization to carry across several pages of a journey.

When should you choose Kaen?

Choose Kaen if:

  • nobody on your team watches the funnel regularly, so leaks run for months before anyone notices;
  • you want hypotheses grounded in your own analytics, with the reasoning shown, rather than in page heuristics;
  • you want approvals to happen in Slack, Teams or Basecamp, where your team already works;
  • you need help with tracking first, because people from Kaen set up GA4, GTM and events before the loop starts;
  • you are a smaller team and want one monthly fee with no minimum term.

Choose something else if your main need is mass landing-page personalization for ad campaigns (Fibr AI fits better), if you want an agency to own strategy and execution end to end (see AI CRO agent vs. agency vs. DIY), or if the change you need lives in your backend or pricing logic.

Frequently asked questions

What is the main difference between Coframe, Fibr AI and Kaen?

Where each one starts. Coframe starts from your site and generates variants of copy, code and visuals to test. Fibr AI starts from your URLs and turns them into personalized pages that adapt to ads, audiences and journeys. Kaen starts from your analytics funnel, finds the step where visitors drop off, and builds and tests variations for that step.

Do Coframe, Fibr AI and Kaen publish changes without approval?

According to their websites, none of them does. Coframe describes approval before anything goes live, Fibr AI says marketers review and approve AI-generated variants before they publish, and Kaen waits for a one-click approval in your team chat before any test starts.

Which is better for personalization: Coframe or Fibr AI?

Fibr AI puts personalization at the center of its product, with page versions by ad, audience, journey, AI-assistant referral and locale. Coframe also mentions personalization, but its website leads with generating and testing variants. If personalization by campaign or segment is the main goal, Fibr AI is the more direct match.

How much do Coframe, Fibr AI and Kaen cost?

As of October 2026, Coframe does not list prices on its website. Fibr AI’s pricing page lists annually billed plans starting at $239 per month for one website. Kaen is priced by monthly page views, with no per-seat pricing and no minimum term.

Which tool works for a smaller website?

Any tool that runs A/B tests is limited by traffic, so a site with a few hundred visits a month will struggle to reach a conclusion with any of them. Kaen’s pricing starts at the smallest traffic tier and his tests are sized to your traffic, but low traffic still means fewer and longer tests.

The takeaway

Coframe, Fibr AI and Kaen overlap less than their category label suggests. Coframe is strongest when you need variants produced and tested fast. Fibr AI is strongest when you need pages personalized for campaigns and segments. Kaen is strongest when the problem is that nobody watches the funnel and you don’t know which step to fix.

If that last one sounds like your team, this is the job Kaen does: he reads your analytics, finds where visitors drop off, builds the variations and runs the A/B test once you approve it. Nothing goes live without your approval.
